why we offer a dedicated Aftercare Program designed to support service
users as they transition back into everyday life, equipped with the tools,
confidence, and community they've built during their time with us.

As part of our aftercare offering, we’ve partnered with our sister company
Talkinmind.com to provide free online counselling or therapy sessions
once a month for three months following your program. These private
sessions give you space to continue exploring your recovery with

professional guidance from the comfort of your home.

In addition, our team at The Glade will continue to check in once a week,
offering emotional support, encouragement, and signposting to further
services if and when needed. Whether you're navigating challenges,
celebrating progress, or simply need someone to talk to—we’ll still be
here.
